Laurie is the Executive Director responsible for overseeing daily operations of the community, ensuring quality care and services are provided to residents and achieving high resident satisfaction. Laurie has twenty years of leadership experience in healthcare administration in the Bossier City / Shreveport area, and was previously the Executive Director for a national independent living, assisted living and memory care provider. Laurie shares Bloom Senior Living’s high standards, core values, passion and vision.

Amanda is the Community Relations Director responsible for sales and marketing and has helped numerous families find placement for their loved ones.
Charlotte Schilling, LPN
Charlotte is the Wellness Director responsible for overseeing resident health care services, in-service training of the Health Services Department and conducting assessments. Prior to Bloom, she was a Therapy Coordinator, Field Nurse, Med Pass Nurse and Nurse Supervisor for various home health, skilled nursing, hospice, assisted living companies. She also served in the Louisiana National Guard. Charlotte attended Northwestern State University and received her nursing degree from Louisiana Technical College.
Dietary Service Director
Kechia is the Dietary Service Director responsible for overseeing the Dietary Department and makes delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals from scratch every day for our residents using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Our residents enjoy a five-star dining experience lead by Kechia filled with a rich assortment of menu options. In collaboration with our Registered Dietician, Kechia incorporates resident’s personal recipes, special requests, old time favorites and specific dietary needs so our well-balanced gourmet menus are designed with their health, personal tastes and preferences in mind. Understanding how important great food is to our residents, Kechia is consistently introducing exciting new cuisines for the community to enjoy.
Business Office Manager
Beth is the Business Office Manager responsible for maintaining day-to-day business office operations and procedures, including payroll, rent deposits and resident billing.
Life Enrichment Coordinator
Lashuma is the Life Enrichment Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating community-sponsored activity, exercise and wellness programs for residents, as well as, ensuring our residents continue to live life to their fullest potential, enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones, and blooming into their best selves through growth and discovery.
Director of Maintenance
Jerrell is the Director of Maintenance responsible for maintenance, repairs and improvements to the community. Jerrell loves working and interacting with our residents on a daily basis to ensure their homes and surroundings are in a safe condition and our residents are happy.
